How do I exercise my vaginal muscles to become tighter? My b/f likes to have anal sex and I dont, and I want to become tighter for him to have sexual pleasure. What is the best postition for him to reach the deepest inside me?

1. Do PC muscle exercise in the rest room. Slow contract the vaginal muscle with a deep inhale to stop urinating, hold the muscle for 1-2 minutes and release it with exhaling. Repeat this procedure for several times every time you go to the rest room.
2. Contract the Vaginal Muscle during intercourse. You can periodically contract the muscle in each stroke, or hold the contraction tightly for one or twice minutes and release it. Repeat this practice all the time during lovemaking. This is my Sexual ChiKong Intercourse.
The deepest penetration is to use my 3-point position which allows the glans penis to tape the Epicenter between the cervix and bladder. Once the penis is trapped in there, he will feel your vagina sucking up his penis very tightly, in particular, when you contract the vaginal muscle with your low abdomen muscle.
This practice is a part of Sexual ChiKong Intercourse. see the attached pictures, Sequence.jpg. The suction force will let him feel that your vagina is so tight that he wants to come.
